Straight from the Horse's Mouth! (Letter from Sellers)

Dear Future Owners of 19 Canna Dr,

As we prepare to move on from our home that we've loved for the past 8 years, we wanted to share a few thoughts about the property and the improvements we’ve made during our time here.
This home has been our retreat, surrounded by the beauty of the lake. It's a place where we’ve made countless memories with family and friends, and we hope it brings you the same peace, joy, and special moments.
Over the years, we've made several upgrades to enhance the house's aesthetics and functionality. Some of the key improvements include:
-Recent basement renovation: New bathroom, updated windows, drywall, paint, lighting, and new carpet.
-Main living areas: New lighting, updated electrical outlets, fresh paint, and new flooring in various rooms.
-Exterior improvements: New gutters, landscaping, Tesla Gen 3 charger, and new Trex floating and standing docks.
-Bathroom Renovations: Both bathrooms have been fully renovated with new tiles, vanities, toilets, lighting, outlets, and vents.
-Utilities and systems: Updated furnace, ductwork, 3-zone A/C, tankless water heater, smart thermostats, and upgraded 200 amp electrical systems.

Beyond the upgrades, one of the things we love most about this home is its location and views. We are lucky to have a front-row seat to the stunning sunrises and sunsets, and the house gets ample sunlight throughout the day, filling it with natural light. On the 4th, many people on the lake have amazing fireworks shows, which we watch right from our deck. When it’s cold enough and the lake freezes over, we love ice skating and riding four-wheelers.

The home is also perfectly situated just minutes from the Mass Pike and other major routes, making commuting or traveling incredibly convenient. Whole Foods, Starbucks, and many other shops and restaurants are nearby, and Polar Park is only a 15-minute drive, perfect for catching a game or enjoying downtown Worcester. We’ve also loved being just a short walk from the local baseball field and park in Edgemere, where we walk our dog daily.

We’ve truly loved relaxing on our decks, enjoying the dock by the lake, and hosting our family and friends. The neighborhood has also been a wonderful place to live, and everyone has always been so friendly and inviting.
We will surely miss this home and the happiness it has brought us over the years, but as we embark on a new adventure in San Diego, it’s time to move on and let another deserving family make their own memories here. We hope this home brings you as much joy and comfort as it has brought us. It’s truly been a special place, and we’re excited for the next chapter in its story with you.
